Benefit Concert to Benefit You Too!

We are excited to give you some much anticipated details on Gateway’s upcoming Benefit Concert! For numerous reasons, this student fundraising event is quite different than any others we have done.

For one, we won’t be asking for your money! By simply purchasing a ticket for the concert, you are doing your share. We want you to enjoy the concert and not feel pressured into emptying your wallets.

In fact, by the end of the night, you may feel as though you have benefited the most. The night is packed with live musical entertainment that everyone is sure to enjoy. No matter what your musical tastes, we’re confident you will enjoy something our bands have to offer.

Fiffin Market

Founded in early 2005, Fiffin Market offers up a unique sound of fun melodies, outstanding harmony, sing-a-long choruses, and uplifting lyrics. With several albums already under their belt and a brand new record underway, Fiffin Market has been playing show after show as they continue to spread their music and message for as long as God permits. The band has an acoustic/folk flair with influences that range from Flogging Molly to Mercy Me. www.fiffinmarket.com

Enim Deus

In recent years this local rock group has formed from a handful of members who attended BREAK, Gateway’s young adult worship service in El Cajon. Enim Deus performs original music and also covers mainstream acts like Switchfoot to a T. With multiple levels of sounds, high energy, inspiring lyrics, top-notch vocals, and a handful of some extremely talented individuals, Enim Deus creates a powerful experience that you won’t want to miss. www.myspace.com/enimdeus

Primary Element

San Diego based cutting edge rock band Primary Element, a show that is uncompromising and powerful! They’ve played the venues, worked the crowds, and recorded in studio situations with great success, and now they’re ready to let it all out! We know that fundraisers often feel impersonal and leave you wondering how much money actually goes to the kids in need. We are pleased to announce that 100% of the ticket sales go straight to students raising money for this year’s Summer Camp and Mission Trip.

As a concert attendee, you are able to choose which student you would like to personally support through your ticket purchase. Let us know who you’d like to support when purchasing your ticket at the door and we’ll make sure that the student of your choice receives the funds. If you don’t know of someone by name to mention, don’t worry, our leadership team will help determine who is in the greatest need of financial aid and see to it that your donation is utilized to the fullest.
