Vacation Bible School: Arctic Edge

July 9-14th

Trek north with us to the Arctic Edge where daily excursions from Big Bear Lodge will have kids hiking across the tundra, exploring the seascape by Kayak, and skimming the backcountry in a float plane. 

 As kids test their limits in the challenges of the vast Arctic wilderness, they will learn the God is always with them and find the courage required to follow Jesus in the everyday challenges of their lives.
 
Based on Joshua 1:9, Arctic Edge helps your kids find the courage required to follow Jesus in every day challenges as they learn that God is always with them.

Friend 2 Friend
Bring a new friend to Vacation Bible School and you and the friend will receive a small prize.  On Family Night the person bringing the most new friends will win a gift basket including a $40 gift card to Toys R Us.  Friends will also be entered into a drawing for a special prize.
 
Human Sundae Contest
We’re setting a goal of 200 kids enrolled in Vacation Bible School.  If we reach our goal, on Family Night  we will turn CB Bowers into a Human Sundae with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and of course, a cherry on top!
 
Family Night
Friday Night, July 14th, 6:00pm bring the entire family for a hot dog BBQ.  From there we’ll head into the Outpost for our Final Worship Rally where we will turn CB into a Human Sundae if we’ve met our enrollment goal.  Afterwards check out your child’s Big Bear Lodge and pick up their crafts.  We’ll end the evening with an ice cream treat.
