Beth Selbe

I was born in Philadelphia, PA. My dad served in the Navy, so we moved around a lot. After living in New Jersey, San Diego, and North Carolina, Dad retired and our family settled here in San Diego. I graduated from Hoover High School.
I was raised in a Christian home, accepted Jesus as my personal Savior when I was nine years old and rededicated my life to Him through baptism in early adulthood. I have worked in children’s ministry for about 15 years, teaching Sunday School, Children’s Church and serving as Children’s Ministry Director. I am truly blessed to be married for 20 years to my best friend, David. We have a wonderful son, Thomas. I also have an adult son, Brian, who lives in Mississippi. David, Thomas and I are thrilled to be serving here at Gateway.
