One of the words that seems to come up over and over again is FIT. A simple acrostic using this word might help give you an idea of what women at Gateway are really about:
F—Friendship
I—Inspiration
T—Training
We want to develop a strong leadership team that can effectively minister to other women.
Don't think you're a leader? Think again! If you can serve, you can lead. After all, wasn't that the type of leader Jesus showed us how to be? I'd love to hear from you.

One-to One Mentoring/Discipleship: If you are interested in learning a planned and thorough way of discipling women, please let us know. Our One-to-One materials are great for helping to ground women in their walk with Christ. We will have regular meetings for “mentors/disciplers” to encourage and train you in the materials. There is a sign-up list on the Women’s Ministry Board.
