This ministry has been in existence for several years and has been the source of much fun to the actors and congregation.
Church dramas are not primarily for entertainment, but are useful to the pastor as introductions to his messages.
If props and costumes are used, they are almost always simple. The drama ministry is a valuable adjunct to the church experience and is a great way to get involved in a small church group. All members are welcome.
There are usually a total of two one-hour rehearsals for each production (one rehearsal per week). The rehearsals are usually at the drama minister's home or at the church.
Auditions are not necessary. Acting experience is helpful but not required. There is never any singing or dancing involved in the productions.
